Operator responsibilities Include
- Proven experience operating several types of equipment (excavator, bulldozer, front end loader, telehandler, skid steer, etc.)
- Maintenance/ daily paperwork
- Mastered the following tasks:
- Legal loading of trucks – from stock pile & in-situ
- Safe excavation slopes, etc.
- Site organization and able to keep site neat
- Understanding of handling
- Different soil types in wet& dry weather
- Understanding of grades
- Access and egress of site for trucks
- Bulk excavations, main line trenching, backfilling, hoe packing and hoe ramming
Work is done in a safe manner. Operator Understands and abides by the Matcon Health& Safety Plan
