Scope of Work:
- Soldier Piles - 9,100ft ┇ Installation of 30’ long W250x67 Soldier piles along the entire West property line due to proximity of newly installed storm line
- Excavation - 950,000m3
- Remediation - 40,000m3 ┇ Remediation of contaminated soils from the site
- Anchors - 245,000ft ┇ Anchors primarily consisted of R32 & R38 Injection Anchors
- Shotcrete Shoring - 315,000sf ┇ Combination of 4” Shotcrete, 6” Shotcrete, 8” Underpinning
- DCP Anchors - 15,000ft ┇ Installation of DCP anchors for permanent shotcrete wall
- DCP Micropiles - 1,500ft ┇ Installation of 50’ long #18 DCP Micropiles for footing seismic considerations
- Jet Grouting - 10,000ft ┇ Installation of 1.0m diameter jet grout columns. This was required to create a cutoff wall so that core excavation could be completed and not have water issues.
- Pipe Piles -1,500ft
